+friendly staff+well maintained, clean and green+nice, secluded pool area with a pool bar that has drinks, ice cream, and light food+close to a good beach+close to many good tavernas and walking distance to village center (or 7 euro for a cab)-hard beds-AC, wi-fi and safety box cost extra-close to an Italian resort that has loud entertainment every night until 11 (although according to hotel staff they will move soon)

Karpathos is a beautiful, unspoiled island that still keeps its authenticity. The wild landscape, the gorgeous beaches, and the traditional villages attract lots of travelers every summer.

The island features more than 50 amazing beaches and a national protected marine park. There are museums both in the capital and in some of the villages.
There are many internet sites hosting organized trekking, wine-tasting and sight seeing tours.
